Protocol had some really cool Vaporeon adopts for sale awhile back. I loved the realistic design and how different they all were. But none of the colors really seemed to fit what I was looking for. So I contacted them to see about commissioning a custom. Sure enough they were open and I gave them an image of a particular Beta fish that I wanted the colors from. Not to toot my own horn but I chose correctly! Neptune was exactly what I wanted and I was really excited to receive him once Protocol finished! And Protocol did a fantastic job on him! I've been happy with his design since he was made and that was about a year ago. ˭̡̞(◞⁎˃ᆺ˂)◞*✰
