The Foundry used to be a feature of STO that allowed players to tell their own stories and make custom missions for others to experience.
Wallie and Gromm were two Ferasan brothers involved in the black market. Gromm was the brains of the operation and often overcompensated with his short-fuse temper and serious Napoleon Complex. Wallie on the other hand wasn't so bold or smart, naively never questioning their actions and often suffering the verbal and sometimes physical abuse his older brother would dish him.
The two proved to be a comical duo and were well received from the many reviews the mission got over its lifespan. I think someday I'll find a way to bring them back into my growing cannon, but for now, I wanted to bring to life two of my favorite characters I created back then.
