It selects the cp1251 encoding by default, while all but most of FA is written in UTF-8. This is why
trancymick doesn't work in your case, and a lost of people see your comments in question marks rather then plain russian.

Nope, it does support russian, romanian, french, german or just about any other language that is covered in UTF-8 encoding.
And that's just it - Rage here is using a browser with cp-1251 encoding set. All that needs to be done is to use UTF-8 to browse FA - and you shall see all text just fine.
PS: You can see what she wrote if you switch the browser to cp-1251 encoding.

Since this appears to be your first submission here on FA, allow me to welcome you to this website.
The first thing that catches my eye is the use of shades/hilites, rather then just solid color for the mane and the neck fur.
Thou one thing irks me a little thou. The ear rings on the leftmost figure's ears look like they're attached to fur, rather then the side of the ears, as they are supposed to. They're just too close to the tips ;)
