Nice lady overlooking a colorful city !
Tried out some effects for the background and overall, I quite like the outcome ! It feels a bit liek vector backgrounds you'd find in indie video games and makes the character pop out a lot ! Which ended up being a ton of fun to do too : D

Skye looks so good in your style! Super sexy and fit, wonderful figure, her crest looks great, and I love how you rendered her eyes! ^w^
The outfit design is simple, yet stylish, pretty much her perfect aesthetic. Just the right number of shiny trinkets, and very well chosen too. Everything she's wearing really matches her personality~
I really like what you did with the background too! It does add so much vibrancy and pop, like they're having a citywide party she's enjoying! And now I can't help but see her in a video game with those wonderful graphics. ;3
