I'm making this first comment before I even start reading the chapter. This is officially a Big Deal™ for me.

See, I first got into This Primal World three years ago. I found the comic through a tag search for "blood". I was surprised to not find many comics on this site that interested me at all, I figured there would be more content that was relevant to my interests. TPW definitely scratched my itch right away, though.

My favorite thing about this comic is how unapologetic and rad it is. It's chock full of gratuitous amounts of violence, magic, dinosaurs, abdominal muscles, humor, cel shading, and shitloads of other things I like. Just recently,  mystrial started adding romantic and sexual elements, too. Three years ago, I didn't think the content could have gotten significantly better (since it was already so far up my alley). The comic has subsequently bested that expectation, in the same way Raiser bests dinosaurs with his bare hands.

I never would have dreamed that any of my characters would have made it into a comic I admired this much. I certainly never would have expected them to have a role. And now I'm staring at the cover page of a chapter that has a delightful picture of my avatar character Bandit adorning it.

I'm speechless, humbled, and deeply grateful - and I haven't even started reading this chapter yet.
