New Windows 7 desktop, featuring the character Yarrow from my graphic novel Taboo. Since Yarrow (a more or less psychotic shaman killing machine) is portrayed throughout the novel as a heartless monstrosity, I wanted to draw her more "human" side for once...since this image will never make it to the novel. :P

Wow, Nylak. It's been a while since I've seen your artwork and I forgot how incredible you were. I'm impressed with how much detail you can include in this image and still have it come across as simple and clean. It's great to hear you got your new computer because I'm really excited now that you said you'd be getting back to drawing.
