I figured! But really, the aesthetic of the Dawizharr (Fire Dwarfs) is VERY similar to this fellow. Though I'm not sure if Hanvul embodies the same sort of sinister, evil nature of the Chaos Dwarfs: who sacrifice Greenskin slaves by the score to fuel the evil magic of their forges.
That said, I could definitely imagine Hanvul commanding fierce golems made of bronze to do his bidding.
