FLASH IS DEAD
I wish the video quality was better, but it got so degraded because i needed to transfer the movie though two other programs because FA doesn't like SWF any more.

Sadly, for some reason I can't help but wonder if this is a permanent TF or, like the oft quoted Mask, a thing she can switch on and off.... either willingly unless it's something beyond her control.
Nonetheless, having looked at you gallery a bit, this seems to be one of the more reccuring character so I guess it's mostly curiousity at how "official" a background she has as a character.
Nonetheless, again, a quite interesting work since such animations and cartoons(quite literally) aren't the most frequent of things. Especially well done ones as this had to take work.

I'll answer both your post in one because I'm economic that way.
The background...it is way too light and on top of that the back ground shifts and the light between frames is kind-of annoying. But that's what i get with just assuming FA will take what ever file format i happen to end up with.
Lesson learned!...SWF! Hopefully the next one won't be blinking and the background will be a little more dominant.
The spin and the PJs aren't from the 'the mask'.
I think most people brush there teeth before going to bed.
And the cartoon spin is because i like cartoons hence my FA name.
Mask transformations are my favorite idea. Yes that's a good idea, you have there. I should try and do something with a mask. But maybe not the shark. I like her alot. But no one else seems to and i should try and do something i haven't done before.

Here is a little free program that may be helpful. It lets you take a series of JPG images (could be taken by a camera) and stitch them together as an animation. It's nothing sophisticated, but it could be a good way to experiment.

Animating by hand requires a patience and effort but the results are beautiful. I'm so tired of the "Southparkization" you see in most animation lately (specially on the Internet) where people just copy and paste a rigid character around without even make the legs move when it walks.
There is nothing like the real "old school" animation. Even if the quality of the video transfer is not very good, the movement is perfect. You should try to find a program that let you render this with a little more resolution.

Thank you. But about that patience and effort thing...ya...i have none of those. That's WHY i did an animation. I mean look at how blank and undefined the rest of my stuff is, i get fed up when it comes to details. This is just one quick drawing after another.
Thanks for the program. I won't be able to check it out till the new year thou. But i will play with it.

This is just plain fantastic. I dug the story behind the idea, and the expressions through both face and body tell more than words ever would. I particularly enjoyed the transformation itself, not only in body but clearly in mind, it's very sexy. And nothing beats a tail with a mind of it's own. ;) The first realization with her lick across the jawline was beautiful, and again with the tail, I love how it tapped her on the shoulder just before the whirl. Wonderful work, bravo!
*blinks*.... wait what!? No one likes this shark character? I find her drop dead sexy myself, to the point that I would ignore the obvious warning signs;> and like many people have mentioned, you did an amazing job giving her character and personality in a few short moments. the toon influence is easy to see in not just the spinning, but alot of the behaviour, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
Heh. Truth be told, with things like this in the younger days of media, people wonder why "furries" and "tfers" are becoming increasingly common. You've basically extracted what made folks furry right here;> strangely fun, attractive humanoid animals in fantastic misadventures.
As for the quality, Really, don't berate yourself: this looks like a professionally designed storyboard, like the kind you see in deleted scenes from special edition DVDs and such: the inspiration and soul are here, all you need are the ones willing to do the grunt work, namely, line cleaning, tweening, coloring, and sound.
I think I'm going to snag this and make a copy of it: I promise nothing, but I like the animation so well, that I would like to smooth it out a bit with some tweenwork: essentially it gives me a fun project to work on for the sake of practice and improvement. If anything good comes of it, I'll get your attention about it before I ever post anything.
Good luck in the future, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the holiday season:)

I love how sexy she finds her shark body, I'd love to see more of this character. Does she have a name? You've drawn her a bit....
Is this the same Shark as the other times you drew an over-busted girl, I find it very interesting she started out as an average looking human, and then became a sexy shark. Seriously, keep it up, I'd love to see this character develop and maybe even gain some more backstory.

Thanks man.
I guess it's the same shark girl I've been drawing. She doesn't have a name, If you got a good one I'll give her it. This is more or less all the back story I had for her.
I keep getting the 'draw more of her' but I'm done with this character for now. But more stuff is coming

I'm quite floored, Toonvasion.
This animation is spectacular for many different reasons.
- You handle the mind/change and how she handles her transformation and new body in quite a sexy way-- her first reaction (after the boob wobble--thanks!) is to lick those big teeth and snap them. The snap lines you drew at the end were pretty great! :> That mental change is quite sexy. All the other different poses you drew afterwards were even more icing on the cake.
- I like how you handle the initial shock of the big teeth-- how they're so wide they cover almost the entire face, and then the nose changes almost right after.
- GREAT job with the jump/shrug going on with the tail popping out. Tails popping out rarely hvae the 'oomph' that this animation does.
- Furthermore, I think it's... well, sexy that the tail pretty much begins the induction into the mind change by spinning her around.
This was two months well spent. I also think shark girl is quite, quite sexy, now.. (Excluding the bitch attitude she shows sometimes!) >.> <3

I love this one. Even though its rough, it still conveys motions and expressions very well. Its one of my favorite toonifications on Furaffinity. I love the Mask/Tasmanian Devil wardrobe changes.
One of the things that returns a lot in your animations is the short transition from post-tf shock, to the person shifting into character. It works really well here, just as it does in the Angry Crow animation.
