If the entry is free of charge it's another thing, but if you take a fee for participating for something you can ''maybe'' win it's against FA CoC

If hosted on FA it would break the CoC rules, but as far as I understand Kardie is just advertising that they are hosting a raffle for only their Patreon supporters

This is correct, it breaks the Patreon ToS. Kardie, I would suggest changing your format if you don't want it to get shut down, as I've seen it happen before.

I decided to make it accessible to those who want to support my art on patreon, so that I have the motivation to develop it. But it seems that there are many things that need to be improved.

You can still give priority to those who support you on Patreon, but you should probably make it a more expensive tier than 1$, and/or go by how long they've been a patreon supporter. Otherwise, you're basically just making the price 51$, as there is nothing to stop people from stopping the subscription after they get your art.

Unfortunately I don't have a much better solution, but I do hope it works out. Your art is very good, and I like your style a lot, so even if I don't get to commission you I enjoy your work just the same.
