She is a character I made thinking about Neo Dio from World of Heroes
Her body is made of a sticky liquid, she can manipulate her limbs and take the physical form she wants
Hates cold, that makes he very slow and difficult to transform, even she can freeze
She likes to eat meat and blood of male animals, so he will always disguise himself as a beautiful cougar to attract them and then eat them
She can use his arms to turn them into big blades like his hair, but when it comes to a fight, he will always prefer to fight at the level of his opponent, he does not like unfair fights
