As the long awaited holiday break approached, a lot of students went back home to spend the free time with their families, Xander and Xiao not being exceptions. Finding out they both come from same town was extremely good news for both of them, since that meant not just that they will be able to see each other during the holidays, but it also is a perfect chance to get both families, Xiao's and Xander's, to finally meet. Second day of the holidays Xander arrived to Xiao's place with his parents, and later on, both him and Xiao decided to go out for a walk and let their families get to know each other. Suddenly, Xander noticed Xiao began to tremble a bit, despite having a sweater and her jacket on.
"You OK baby?" he asked with a bit concerned tone in his voice.
"Yeah, it's just that I didnt expect it to be this cold today", she replied as she crossed her arms.
Xander suddenly came up with an idea, as he smiled and moved behind her, gently wrapping his arms around her as the armor pads on his wrists began to glow, his body temperature increasing little by little and coursing through his arms.
"Feeling better?" he asked and smiled as he leaned his head gently against hers.
With a blush covering her face, Xiao just nodded and leaned her back against him as they stood there for some time, before deciding it would be a better idea for them to go back to her place........
