Andy is a curious human, for sure! I think he’s the only person that isn’t bothered by Vlad when he removes his kicks.
Maybe the smell is appealing for him and asked the skunk to have a closer inspection.
Needless to say that Vlad was confused at first, but then amused by the unusual request. Nobody went near him when it came to the skunk taking off his old converses and tattered socks!
