I wonder if this progress in bodybuilding exercises is really just a very intense dream of Nathan imagining his progress as a bodybuilder athlete and that he will see himself in his dream as impossibly more muscular than Joey but when he is feeling superb he goes wake up and find out that it was all just a dream and that he still has a lot to work out if he wants to have a more muscular body than Joey's.
