Hey look, a new character! And this one seems slightly thought out and designed beyond a spontaneous sprite!
Anyway this is Sefferi (Named from the species of Cuttlefish I based him on because I'm AWFUL at names) He likes long walks under the beach, absorbing divers, and ice cream on the boardwalk.
I really just wanted a goo guy to play with on my own, without having to default to Grindzy who wasn't originally meant for that, and there aren't enough Cuttlefish characters.
Also since it may be a bit hard to tell with pixelart,t he orange/yellow parts are fins, not hair, they're thing and angled like hair but are smooth and rather flow-y.
