Very nice! I especially like the line-art on this one, although the coloring is good too.
I've been meaning to ask this for a while: Why was Rebecca put into this program? She doesn't seem to belong there. Rebecca is kind, sweet, and friendly. Certainly the nicest girl in the program so far. I can see her being the "class clown", but not a problem student. It seems kind of extreme to put her in this program. Unless there's something about her we don't know yet, I just don't get it.
