A sad sketch this time of a situation most AXLA androids would face, abandonment. While some would sadly be disposed, a few would earn new homes with good Samaritans while most would be left on the kerb, like how Ray is now, hoping to be loved, or at least be useful once again.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of androids having free will. I would never want an android that just does exactly what I tell them to and then stands still the rest of the time, that's really boring. Even then, they'd lack a lot of weaknesses and negativity that humans have. :D
