Lupines tend to mess up “F” and “V” sounds unless they are careful. “V”s sound like “W”s, and “F”s often are just hissing breath between the fangs and could be mistaken as unvoiced “SH” sounds.

Anyway, uh, about the whole sexual culture of her people, I know it's kind of taboo, but what about butt stuff and her people when it comes to sex? I know humans are pretty obsessed with it these days, and i know i experimented with it in the past, even (i know its embarrassing to say honestly) However, also know there are men disgusted/put off by it entirely, and women who refuse to try it, or try it once and never want to do it again, and I fully understand it, because it is such an unnatural sexual act.

For example, with my sapient wolf people the Naakaanee, anal is viewed as punishment for the recipient, and their line of thinking is, "If your wife is willing to be naked for your mutual pleasure, why would you cause her body even the slightest discomfort, and shame her, causing her to smell like a bathroom, later, something that is hard to wash out for you both, (causing shame in the villages if that scent is around a person) not to mention the obvious discomfort?" It is also generally a widely used sex-act of the "bad guys" of the Naakaanee, the Ishtarii, who use it to demean male slaves or to break female salves before putting them into prostitution. (this has actually happened a lot throughout human history to captors as well, it is well documented)

I guess the whole "contraceptive root" thing got me thinking, and you very much captured an adventurous and selectively amorous personality, but one that no doubt results from broken-ness of some kind (something I see a lot in your wolf people, but it actually, really fits and works well, especially as they are immersed in human culture, which, as we know, is pretty broken in and of itself.) I have literally known people like Virina, generally they are fairly broken women who are massively in touch with their sexual side, and regarding the act of anal sex these women tend to enjoy it more than the average woman, as there is definitely a punishment aspect to the act for the recipient, and these women may enjoy the feeling of being punished over some sense of guilt, again, something of a broken and unexplored/self-undervalued personality.

I guess, without trying to be overly raunchy, i am asking, what is the prevailing opinion of butt stuff with her people in general, of course there will be exceptions as they are intelligent and unique, but is it, "you humans are absolutely disgusting and backwards" or "yeah, why not"? or something in between. t's okay if you'e never thought about it honestly it's kind of those weird things that keeps me up at night lol.

I will keep it short. “But stuff” is known as “Barbarian style” among the civilized Lupines. Among barbarians it’s done I places where there is limited to no access to the root. Sex is never used as punishment, when you have a good set of teeth, fists and feet ( or in the case of Virinia, cutting and incisive Sarcasm). Sex is a pleasurable act and a bonding excercise for Lupines. Some individuals may enjoy it, others, not so much. Sex for dominance and punishment is a primate thing.

Now there is little sexual Congress between humans and Lupines because each finds the other to smell wrong, or unpleasant. In an evironment where each has bathed and there is something in the air to mask scents, who knows?

Humans will "love" anything, even inanimate objects such as cars lol. I don't think the lupines will have any issues finding a human, if they were desirous. Lupines, however, one would hope they are a little more discerning when it comes to those matters. You demonstrate good pair bonding with marriage in the lupines, so perhaps they are rather selective. To think that a human and lupine never hook up though i think would be unrealistic, honestly...

I mean we're hooking up with anything and everything in the world today XD Unless it is some kind of parallel universe with none of the brokenness we endure here on Earth and people are more adjusted. n such a case I would love to befriend a lupine without any nefarious sexual purposes, but be a friend and support them through life.

If they wanted more, then perhaps if there weren't any moral (they are sapient, so basically a furry human, intelligent and hopefully adjusted well enough to be fully capable of making an informed moral decision on sexual behavior, and not regarding it as trivial as we humans erroneously tend to do...) or other obstacles to it, I know if there were animal people in the world today, and they were decent and kinder than humans on average, you would have to really try hard to keep me away from them XD

Virinia's "Bitterness", is a minor issue now. She has plenty to do, and is considered successful.

Her future, get complicated, but without spoilers, suffice it to say, she would be the focus of the story after Asheru. (If I was going to continue the effort until completion.) Lt's just say she gets too busy with work for any sort of relationship later.

I guess Magnus need his own Character sheet to explain a few things. But what Virinia gets with Magnus is (to her) a fun partner of high status, and a possible title for her. She wants a situation where she can breed like a Noble, with a litter of potential imperial officers (of higher rank than she), and leave the upbringing to Nannies, while continues and finishes out her career. Lupines share the trait of wolves that kids are raised and protected by most of the local adults, and with Magnus resources she can buy quality locals, like good nannies and teachers. Virinia always has long term plans and goals.

Contraceptive root is originally a wild but now cultivated plant that prevents pregnancy in females. Barbarian. Here it or brew it into a tea like drink. Civilized Lupines also brew it into a drink, or grind t into a powder to have in cold drinks. Possibly due to her barbarian heritage, she domes times chews the raw root like some people chew on the end of a cigar. She picked up the habit back in her more free roaming days. She quits when she hears Magnus is leaving and puts his property in her care.

As to Regimental master snarker, people in combat situations tend to develop black senses of humor. On top of that she has trained troops. Having to correct dumb mistakes and foolish decoy from her trainees ,made her a master at the insult, and establishing alpha dominance with mostly words. She can be very load, a veritable leather lungs. But when she goes quiet and/or bares her teeth with a few, quiet, lipped words, the recruits know she is very angry.

The second story leaps is a trick common to Lupine scouts and shock troops, which is how she started in the imperial army. She just kept at it after earning her rank. It’s an impressive trick to impress the trainees, as well as it’s obvious tactical applications of leaping over the front lines of engaged shield walls, or entering buildings with baracaided first floors.

Keep burrs. Thistles, grass seeds, and such from sticking in their fur, and gives some support for long distances. Civilized Lupines in cities have substituted the leg wraps with knit hose leggings, that aren’t as protective or utilitarian as the wraps, but they keep the lower legs covered, which has become fashion, and a spot of color in their dress, as bare leg denote poverty, or immaturity.

I think some of the things one must do, is to visualize the world from ground level, then imagine "a day in the life" and think about the day to day interactions between people and take care of the mundane questions, because those form the framework of the more epic questions. Borrow from the real world, but also ask why things are like they are, and if the base conditions are different, how would that change what you have borrowed. Hope this helps.

It does, thank you, the biggest issue I have is at some point in my world, one of the countries experiences a massive, sudden and semi-forced cultural/population shift due to an act of desperation for survival and I'm struggling to figure out what issues that will be a danger for the kingdom's stability overall, considering they general native population somewhat understands the circumstances but still is weary and fearful of the new changes to their lands at hand.

Depending on cultural factors, disruptions to the daily market outlines; especially cultural observances are more prone to mass eruptions than simple coups or Military conquests.
