Who remembers Good King Snuh? I was looking for an old log file to show a friend, and ran across this parody of Royall Tyler's "On a Ruined House in a Romantic Country", inspired by Snuh's fursuit. It's called "On a Wolf-Shaped Suit, Worn by Snuh".

Why do furs who essay verse
Court the Muse with language worse
Than any half-illiterate curse
Belched out by winos as they nurse?

For them, the epigram: too terse,
The sonnet form is too perverse.
Their metre drags just like a hearse
Whose driver has received no purse.

Ah, Snuh. More intelligent than you might think, but too locked into his trolling pattern to break out of it for more than a brief stretch, and then only in private. I think he was lonely, and couldn't overcome the fear of losing relevance.
