Correct, the individual in question had received photographic CP as well as anime that depicted underage girls.

They ruled the anime as CP to further throw the book at him(not that they needed to given the overwhelming evidence)
Its a moot point in this case anyway. They're not human.

I think you misunderstood my poor english : I was comparing with the politics playing with humanity, nothing related to children or the indecent (ab)use of them.
That said, thank you for remembering me those 3 points wich are -in my opinion- not a relevant escuse about child pornography, but that's of topic :)
