Could be she’s trying to find places to hide her food to keep it safe. Rabbits do naturally have dens that they put their food in, your pants may just be a safe place in her mind. That said....

Possibly? She's always had a thing for my clothing. I've caught her building nests out of any pieces of my laundry that she can find and she did drag some of my pjs pants into one of her tunnels.
