This guy certainly has gone through a good period of time of uncertainty where I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with him, but kind of still feel that way, but at least I have enough of an idea to get a ref sheet done for him.
So herein is a ref sheet that was done by the wonderful
Dragonsushi for my Ariaburne, Daal'neyr.
Name honestly could be spelled Daal'neyr or Dalneyr, but pronunciation of "Dahl-nair" is still the same. He doesn't really care much there.
This character has absolutely been a long time coming in regards to finalizing his design. Ever since I got the original design, I honestly wanted to just flesh him out into something unique. Funnily enough, it took a lot longer to finish things off than I figured that they would, but I absolutely do love the results.
So then,
Daal'neyr the Ariaburne
Name pronunciation: "Dahl-nair"
Alternate spelling: Dalneyr

Retention of energy for long periods of time. Intake of energy and food is utilized for sustaining this. Energy is capable of being used in bursts of varied periods of time depending on amount of energy in storage. Water and energy reserves run off similar storage systems in the legs and body.
Retractable spines/claws. Full range of motion and grip.
Three-chambered stomach.
-First stomach is located in the frontal part of the body near the base of the frontal upright section, and acts as a crop/storage section.
-Second stomach acts like a storage bag, with slick walls that prey slide down into like a wet bag.
This stomach is between the back area and the upright section, and hangs just after the first pair of legs. This chamber is weight sensitive and can be bypassed if pushed straight through.
-The final chamber is just beyond that, which is where actual processing takes place.
Endo Vore: Occurs in the first and two chambers. Prey is pushed back up following conclusion. Full tour not possible due to body composition.
Fatal Vore: Occurs in the third chamber. Further details on stomach ref.
More info to come, but I am quite happy with how this big boy turned out.
