My city's coat of arms has two hippocampus on it. I've been wanting to make one for a while but never got around to it.
Secondary 'sona I guess. He's similar in colour to Eerie's insides so I'm sure I'll come up with some lore around that. He'll have an iridescent shine when light hits him just right.
