The thing in the center is original. Everything else came from somewhere (not traced, just referenced side-by-side).
The top-right is the Kanji "Makoto" or truth (reference was the Shinsengumi flag drawn in Rurouni Kenshin)
The bottom-left is the Kanji "Ookami" or wolf (reference was some tattoo idea thing on the Internet (I did check a Kanji dictionary to make sure it was correct))
The bottom-right is just a tribal style wolf (reference was from the same site as the wolf Kanji)
