part of a weekly art challenge, this week it was to draw 
fenric oc, and i always felt like his hat would fit well in a old cartoon.
Tried to make it look all bending like it was dancing to a tune so i hope it looks fine , even though not many people i shown them this seemed to like it. Either good or bad i think it looks nice so i post it anyway.
