I used to be a Line Cook for 8 months and it was one of the most grueling experiences of my life yet I would go back to my position anytime just because I was with a great crew and they helped me grow as cook because I was crap when I started out but more I pushed through the pain, the better I got. The only reason I won't go back now is because of Management and I know they won't match my pay or even give me a full time position. But I am happy where I am at now and I do cook for the family whenever I get an opportunity
