So the sonic movie trailer came out and well it's a thing, and a discord I'm in challenged members to draw there oc based on the movie so here we go, look at his glory. I know the shoes are very basic but my character has kind of detailed shoes so figured the opposite would be these simple one's ironically i like the shoes i made up for him here both for the sake of being lazy and the look so i might actually use them more.

I thought about making a journal about the trailer but i i'll just say it here. I think the trailer and sonic looks awful, eggman looks like the best part but i think jim carrey should have worn a fatsuit for the role though, they do exist. I think the big problem though is the fact it's set in the real world cause as bad as sonic looks i think having more of the sonic cast in the movie would make people interested in seeing it just to see how these characters look that's kinda how i feel about detective pikachu to be honest, i think detective pikachu looks like a better movie and has better designs but some pokemon look horrifying and some look really good so part of what i want to see is how some of them translate to being on screen.

In making the movie a live action film that sega even seems to want to be distancing themselves from another thing i think is disappointing i have hoped there would be like more cannon backstory to sonic in some form weather it be a game movie or tv show, sonic x is probably as close as we have gotten by backstory i just mean like the thing that made sonic start fighting eggman sorta like a super hero movie would be you know character gets powers which sonic may not have to do then finds bad guy by the end he wins. I sorta have a head cannon as to how things started and i might even write them here maybe before the movie comes out if i can. It will probably be sfw though. (maybe have a celebratory orgy at the end though with it being debatable if it's cannon.)
