hanlond is a mischievous clown bot . he is neither villaboit nor tickora. he seems to be his own thing. working in a carnival park. hanlond entertains and does tricks only a machine is capable of. seems that he is the head clown of robot themed carnival. in hsi carnival contains seemingly humiliating and silly rides and games.it also appears they aim mainly at organics. specifically humans

goal: hanlond sees the world as black and white and colorless. even grey. this bores him and depresses him. and as a clown seeing sad and indifferent faces makes him crazy. so as a clown its his job to add some color into the organics lives and make them happy and smile. with or without there consent. and make the entire galaxy his circus.

abilities: hanlonds ability moslty contain forced laughter or turning organics and robots into clowns.

a special hack codethat makes robots shift there personality and it may even work on humans. it is coded to "bring out your inner clown" the more someone enjoys clowns the more potent and powerfull it is. if is say your scared of clowns the effect will be slow but eventualy take over. and if you loove clowns the effect will *snaps fingers* work instantly

tech: the clown bot has many "toys" to play with his main weapon is his lazer that has tweo clip stiles. the coton candy ray that bounds and cocoons the victem. he usualy uses this to taske and use "volunteers" for the carnivals games and attractions" and then later turn them into clowns. the clown ray does well..turn someone into a clown to work for hanlond and laugh allong with him

his juggling balls are more of a physical atack. ic can be used in three ways. a nonleathal weapon. a binding agent that swells and tightens to eventualy wrap them upo and trap the victem intro a large balloon. and a non lethal explosion spiked with laughing gass

pies. another clownifying thing .makes a honk wen it hits you

balloons he can make weapons (non leathal of cores" out of it like a sword a gun and it will work effectively..again non lethal.
he can also make balloon animals and they are like minor irritating anamals. easy to take down but he can make them in numbers and can get overwhelming and the classic balloon and string that can spy or bind someone with its strings and make them float up

and finaly his trick boxes. anything can come out of them from hands attached to a wire to a spring loaded snake to coiul and hold someone down for...abduction and or clowning
