I like if I may to share with you a memory that fills me full of warmth perhaps you have had one of these perhaps not yet if you do feel free to share. My job gets back I fill with fury I often feel full of hate but at the same time I am not truly so for as much bad as there is in the world it is the small shining rays of good that keep me alive. My family, my wife, my friends, and so on but I remeber once when working in toys for the holidays it would get fustrating dealing with people who showed no kindness. It was however one lady who made me smile and relize that sometimes there is some good in the world. A lady came in and was looking for help with her christmas list for her grandchildren she told me they didn't have much cause times that were tuff but if I could help her find a few of the items she'd be grateful. Now I know it easy to think that this is a grandmother spoiling her grandchildren but hear me out I helped her find the items on her list what the children asked for weren't expensive new games or over priced toys they were actually decent things. When I completed this task and I did it all the way she thanked me so much she wanted to give me a tip. That was special feeling to me but replied "Oh no madam I can't accept tips and beside you were pleasent to help" she smiled and told me " Your so polite and nice it good to see somone who spreads a helpful spirit but I insit you should have this for helping me." I could of took it but a thought popped into my head "Madam if you want to do somehting to make my day donate that money to our salvation army out front." The woman stared at me she looked like she was shocked she smiled a smile that made me want to blush "God bless you I will." she asked my name now I didn't know if she would follow through I hoped to trust her. A bit later some of the service desk associated came back and asked me questions about a lady I answered truthfully. They told me the salvation army bell ringer had a lady donate 20 dollars and said "I like to help out but it was a nice man in the store who showed me some good is still in this world." So it goes to show sometimes good spreads and I hope this holiday some one is helped out even more by my and others actions.
