Even in utopian cities, scoundrels like William steal stuff. Thankfully the Space Police spotted him in time!
And of course, since he's my OC, I have to bail him out. Not again!
I tried some new things in this one. First, the elephant in the room: This is my first time ever drawing a car. It's probably not the most high-concept flying car ever, but it's a start. I also experimented with better lighting.
