I had a problem w my 360, and I had no problem sending it out and got it right back, but I guess I'm the exception, since my brother has sent his out, and got a BROKEN one back TWICE now! Microsoft gets to wear the cone of Shame on this one!

Pretty much, same happened to my friend. And i'd rather shell out $200 for a brand new one than the $120 they wanna charge me to maybe sorta fix it xD

Yeah that sux but it's prolly a better bet :/ I wish xbox didn't have a monopoly on awesome games & dlc or ide just get a ps3, since they play blu rays & whatnot. I see that changing soon tho, so Microsoft better get their act together. Appologies for the rant lol

I would, but both are far out of the extended 3 year warranty they gave red ringers, and they're asking for $120 a piece to get 'em repaired

Yeah, some folks have been super lucky x3 My first one lasted until just earlier this year (I got it launch year), so I guess I can't fully complain xD
