For all the power Pathfinder has and what he learning he can do he still is highly unstable. Outside shrinking and growth effects can trigger his own powers, heck sometime something that totally harmless can set him off like this small piece of meteorite the government ask him to find form them. Not affecting anything else, he touches it and bug size if not smaller panda.
Luck for him Neava is there with her robots and tech to keep a eye on him,she collect him and that rocket of course he more then likely spent the rest of the day lost in her fur.......:)
