Here is the key to the map.
F = Front
E = Exit
PR = Private Rooms
SS = Strip Stage
B= Bar
CS = Contest/Competiton Stage
PS = Public Seating
All the open space is for dancing and mingling. Above all this is the VIP room which is for the owner his staff and anyone else that is invited to join. I will work on that soon also. Hope this helps understand my club layout better.

You should have only one stage with removable stripper poles for stripping, competitions, performances. If you have a
couple of smexy gals and guys wrapping their tails around stripper poles, no one will be looking away.
Using your plan as a guide, have the main entrance to the left fronted by a nice arrival courtyard where you can have
statues of dragons, gryphons, etc. to mark the entrance, possibly with lighted wings and horns. There could be a central
pool with fountain with a couple of dragons in the middle with wings extended and lit by floodlights. Water could spurt
from their mouths or their erections. The cars could drive around the fountain to the entrance where valets would take them
and park them. A walkway would provide access for people who walk to the club.
At the front door would be security to control access. The occupancy of an establishment such as this would be 200-250,
and only that amount should be allowed to enter without someone leaving. There would be suitable exits with doors that
open by a lever from the inside only to prevent entrance yet allow people to leave in an emergency. Some clubs were
subjected to people using exits to enter and bypass paying the cover charge and so they chained the exits shut. There have
been several instances around the world of fires in such establishments resulting in scores of people dying. The exits
should not be placed willy-nilly around the area, but there should be at least four exits of double doors perhaps 5-6 feet
wide or 1.5 to 2 meters wide--to permit the club to be vacated in a timely manner in an emergency.
At the entrance there would be a vestibule where one could remove hats and coats or raincoats and present them to a hat and
coat check person for storage if required. A waiting room may not be necessary as it is a club and not a restaurant. Food
would not be served as providing space for a kitchen, food and utensil storage, coolers and freezers consumes a lot of
space. Perhaps simple food such as wings or pizza could be served, but even that would complicate matters.
The managers office would need to be someplace, possibly near the store room so he could keep track of the beer kegs and
spirits. Deliveries would be made via a outside door to a alley or small two truck loading dock. In the managers office
there would need to be a large safe to store the cash and checks until a armored car could call for them. The manager
should also have a full bath, dining area with kitchenette, walk in closet. There would also need to be public restrooms of sufficient size to accommodate the needs of 200-250 people, but what about the dragons, how and where do they go?
The stage would be in the middle of the rear wall with suitable doors or passages to the back stage area. Fronting the stage could be a low circular sofa backed by 2, 3, or 4 person tables. Behind the stage, there should be a wide hallway fronting a series of rooms leading to a store room and then the outside entry/loading dock and perhaps another stage performer entrance opposite the loading dock. There should be two large dressing areas for 4 to 6 strippers each to change into their speedos or G-strings, two dressing areas would permit privacy for male and female strippers or performers. There would be restrooms and a break room with kitchenette. A separate dressing room with full bath, kitchenette and walk in closet for the star attraction, say a famous stripper, jazz combo, rock band, magician, etc. Storage area for costumes or what not. You could hold slave auctions, for charity perhaps, where the slave would accompany the successful bidder to serve drinks, do lap dances, private dance performances (only if the slave and the purchaser agrees would sex or bondage enter into it).
The club should be two and a half stories tall or 6 meters or 20 feet. This would allow a disco ball and swings to hang down from the ceiling from sturdy beams. This would also allow tall creatures such as dragons to avail themselves of the club. And finally, it would permit clerestory windows to be located near the ceiling for views of the day and night skies while keeping the club private. The DJ could be located over the bar with suitable flood lights of several colors shining on him/her and the club. Having a lighted ceiling over the bar would make it more intimate and inviting. There would be suitable stairs, possibly with controlled access to prevent drunk patrons from gaining access to the expensive sound equipment. A store room would be required for cases of spirits and kegs of beer and the head way for the "beverage gun" which allows drinks to be dispensed from a hand or paw held push-button device.
Booths would be located along the walls with tables occupying some of the floor space. Under the disco ball there would be a wooden floor area for dancing. There could also be sofas and chairs in several seating areas with a large square raised and cushioned platform for the larger creatures such as dragons of about 3 meters or 10 feet square. The cushion would have
to be covered in kevlar or carbon fiber mats to resist the claws and scales of a dragon.
Private rooms--not certain about this. What kind of private room, with just a table and 4-6 chairs, or with a sofa and chairs or a sofa, chair and a table with 4 chairs and a flat screen tv? A room of at least 3 meters or 10 feet would be needed for a sofa and a couple of chairs, or a table, 6 chairs and a storage unit for card games. Do they have a rear entry for private parties, if so, where does the hallway come from, or are there a dozen doors to the outside, which would still permit someone to observe people coming and going. How about a balcony over the booths with a narrow hallway leading to private booths or a table and chairs so they could look down at the club. There would have to be stairs at both ends of the hallway for emergencies and the hallway or passage would have to be 5 feet or 1.5 meters wide to accommodate larger persons but dragons may be too large, perhaps a special aerie would be available with a raised platform and chairs.
