The resizing program alters reality, so everyone's memories are affected- except the holder. Ostensibly.
This has finally caused notable inconsistency, as while neither the wolf nor the hyena notice the changes, they DO notice events as they go by. So Sky shrinks them down, beats them at a basketball game, scales them back up, and these 15-20 ft. behemoths now remember getting beaten by him... but how is that possible if Sky only comes up to their knees? The wolf isn't questioning it, because he cares more about his friendship with Sky, so he just assumes Sky's that good. The hyena, however, takes his size a a source of pride, and is thus freaking out over wth just happened.

Basically, only Sky remembers the size alterations made via the app (maybe the wolf too). Everyone affected by the app thinks they've always been that (altered) size.
The hyena is confused because as far as he knows, he's always been giant so losing to someone much smaller than he is baffling. It could also be faint traces of their original memory conflicting with their "new" memories -- it is hard to say given the context of this comic.

Maybe after the first time resizing Ben A while. They’re actually friends now. Second (or more) reality alteration doesn’t make them “back” to strangers.
Or they just met and ”Hey guy. Wanna have a basketball game together?”
It’s a question that have to think carefully.
