Not much is known about Malomobus, Master Hypnotist. What is known is that he is Scepter’s teacher in hypnotism and leader of the Bloated Order Mercenary guild. Malomobus is a cool headed and gentle individual, but when enraged, he will use his psychic abilities to destroy any who would dare oppose him or his Order.
