One of my older suits, Todd (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17073415/) came to me for a refurbishment job, since both me and the owner felt the was in need of it!
Surprisingly, I didn't have to do too much work to the original foam work! All I did was extend his muzzle, made new ears, made his eyes smaller, and added some extra foam for his cheek fluff.
His nose was replaced with a rubber DVC nose, since the old one had been damaged from a fall, and ended up shattering when I dropped it - so it was in need of replacing.
His eye mesh was replaced with more detailed mesh, and he got removable eyelids so the owner can change his expression as they want to - even going without if they so wanted to!
