One of those rare instances lately where I've drawn something decent and publicly acceptable...
I've been wanting to watch Gundam Wing again. So I felt like drawing a character with regal, fancy looking clothing on some sort of technological background. So I drew an airship or starship or something behind him. Not a great background but... whatever.

Also, yeah, I see him wearing a button down shirt. Normally I suppose you would forgo a shirt at all with this design.
Of course, you can only get it with subtitles, as it was never released in America...
