I hadn't done a piece for my main gallery where the outlining and the coloring wasn't experimental, or at least for a while now. I just had a lot of fun messing around with the different kinds of blending brushes I could use, but a lot of it is still definitely inconsistent. Or obvious that it looked like I was winging it entirely.
Still, I'm in love with how this came out. And I do love it enough to have this stay on my main gallery. :D Hope you guys like it! Its another one of my sketch ideas, turned to something serious or bigger because I was enjoying it too much. XD I did wish that there were more trees involved in the mid-background, as opposed to an empty field and a hill with a forest out in the back. Maybe next time, when I've learned to be more confident with rendering organic tree bark.
