This...is Secildi. He is Yoshi and Crimson's uncle, a Royal. He makes a minor appearance in Darker Shadows, (Which is 99% written at this point) is the main antagonist in the sequel, Reset, and the main character in a third book we have planned titled Sundancer.
His true name isn't Secildi, it's more of a title he obtained after partaking in a particularly degrading ritual, but I don't want to go into too much detail and spoil anything. :3
He also lost his ability to change back into a dragon thousands of years ago, but who knows, he may one day get that back.

Edit: fav.me/d2o4ss9 I used this tutorial to make his scales, and I totally approve! It was kinda therapeutic doing a thousand tiny circles. :D
