It's not reall a big suprise that people ripped him off, everything that you have to pay for get pirated eventually, hell, even the film companies realise this and make adjusments in their profit estimate ahead of time to compensate for it. I hate to say it, and I feel like a total douche doing so, but piracy happens, and there is very little we can do about it other than support the original authors by buying their work legit.
Meh, it's impossible to get anything off rapidshare half the time anyway :3 So you don't need to worry THAT much.
As for this picture, something looks horribly off. The only thing I can think of is the post and the fact you might have moved her left eye a bit too far. Just looks creepy to me x_x

It's unfortunate that only you and I have pointed this out. An artist as good as Miles-DF deserves honest feedback, yet honest feedback is hard to find on FA. All too often, people avoid it, for reasons that escape me.
If artists are willing to share their work on FA, the least we can do in return is look at it -- closely, carefully, and honestly.

Well yeah, I may not be much of an artist myself, but the people I follow, I follow because I genuinely like them and would like to help them improve. Sometimes It's hard to leave honest feedback because you don't know if you're offending them or not and wonder if they resent what you say. I just try my best to be constructive in my crit in the hopes that balances it out.
Have you tried the old artist's trick of flipping the image horizontally, to see a mirror image of the drawing? It's a good method for clarifying problems with perspective or proportion; and I think you might find, in this case, that the placement of the features is not quite convincing.
