Here are two Bureau of Superheroes operatives who are assigned to the Las Vegas City-District: Carlota Martinez Flores (Miss Magnifico) and Kermit Evans (Super Elvis).
Super Elvis is the Director of the Las Vegas District while Miss Magnifico is a recent addition to the group. Why is Miss Magnifico NOT wearing a mask? Because her entire body is transformed when she changes into 'superheroine' mode. As Carlota, she is a rather petite and plain looking Red Wolf femme. But as Miss Magnifico, she is much taller and more ravishing.
