Bucky is playful, silly fey cat, just simply looking to enjoy himself, particularly with the company of others. As a fey spirit, he seeks other "victims" to play pranks and tricks on when he can. Bucky is also keen on granting a wish to those who would bring him fish, but much like his demeanor, the wishes may be more for his enjoyment than his audience's.
