Her barrel pointed toward him, his life hangs on the thin string as the cold steel of her gun rests on his head. For a moment too long there was silence, he made the mistake of gazing up at her as there was nothing to greet his eyes. Her expressionless features told him enough there wasn't going to be time to beg and all he could do was wait for the sweet kiss of death. Maybe if shooting her and leaving her for dead wasn't the worse thing he'd done to her, this wouldn't have played this way.
"Do it." He said simply, spreading his arms open, she didn't say a word even as he slowly stood up in front of her. "Why don't you hurry it up already? Unable to kill your brother? Holding back, is that what this is?" Becoming impatient he attempted to walk forward, but she kept the gun against his head as stiff as a wall. Her expression unchanged. "Or are you toying with me? Because-"
His talk was cut short, her gun echoing through the valley as she pulled the trigger, his now lifeless body fell backwards into the short grass. Turning around, she walked away still as silent as she had found him, digging a grave for her. If she cared enough, she would've buried him, but he should've planned ahead and dug his own first.
