Last year I drew a graphite piece of Pike Place Market in Seattle with some pigeons. This is a companion piece to that drawing, this time with rats as my characters!
Overall it took about 25-30 hours, but as usual with my pencil work, I really enjoyed the meditative process. I ended up having to redo some things with the perspective a few times, but I feel it paid off!
Perhaps once I graduate and go back home to Seattle, I can try and do some drawing on-site instead of working from photos ^^
