Hi all, got the urge to try and draw my TAB character Raymond when he was little. I think it has turned out well so far, this was an experimental drawing. This is the first drawing that I have used Photoshop to ink. All my other drawings up to this point have been inked by hand, then scanned in.
This is the most that I have ever used Photoshop to any significant degree, I find myself more at home with Paint Shop Pro, but that program isn't as powerful as PS. So the rundown on the making of this drawing was: Drawn in pencil, scanned, inked in Photoshop, colored and finalized in PSP.
I'm going to try and practice some more with Photoshop, but it's been such a learning curve for me that I think I'll still be inking my quick sketches by hand for the time being, until I get better with PS.
*Edit* I revised this picture with thicker line strokes, I hope that fixed the jaggies.Raymond is © to me. Based on The Angry Beavers which is © to Mitch Schauer and Nickelodeon

And yeah, Nick is dead to me now. :P
Also, I didn't know Ray had two different color eyes.
And yeah, Ray has two different colored eyes, so does Kipp, but Kipp's eye colors are swapped.
Do you want me to include the eye color detail on your character in the pic I'm working on? I haven't gotten to him yet in the drawing, but I'd like to know some time before the pic gets finalized.
And you don't have to include the eye color detail on the pic you're working on. It's not often that the eye color will be visible.
