Yoga is a great way to maintain one's health and well-being during pregnancy, so with that in mind, here's Laura demonstrating "The Warrior 2" pose; and despite her rather perturbed expression, she seems to be pulling off the form rather well.

Though when you're as heavily pregnant as she is, I imagine being able to do any kind of yoga pose is a good thing.
