Ginger hummed happily to herself as she chewed the delicious chocolate cake in her mouth, savoring its sweet goodness as she turned a page in her alchemy book. It had been a long day selling her wares in West Basilisk, and she was now relaxing with a lovely slice of devils chocolate cake, a mug of freshly brewed sweet tea and a pile of her favorite books.

Mainly about alchemy with a couple about pets.

She happily wiggled on her large, soft pillow as she felt the rays of the afternoon’s sunshine through the window when there came a knock at the door to her living room.

“Miss Ginger, are you in there?” Came a male's voice.

It was Alexander, a Paladin Ginger had saved from death after he stumbled to her home mortally wounded after fighting a horde of monsters in the nearby forest. Ever since then, the young Paladin had sword servitude to her as her protector in return for saving him. Ginger to this day still finds it bizarre, but she loved his company and the two became good friends near instantly.

“Ginger is, what’s up, Alexander?” Ginger replied.

“Just making sure you’re okay,” I do wish you would let me accompany you someday to West Basilisk, the city is a tad rough and—.”

Alexander opened the door, stopping midsentence and blushing as he saw the sight of Ginger’s near naked rear facing him. The kobold turned her head in confusion at the human who quickly looked away.

“M-Miss Ginger! W-We’ve talked about this!” He exclaimed.

Ginger tilted her head, before shrugging. She always found the way humans see clothes as bizarre, considering in her culture it was often loincloths that kobolds wore, and it wasn’t viewed as taboo to be nude or in barely any clothing. Unlike with the so-called civilized races.

As such, many a lodger would often walk in on the kobold in her underwear or even nude, as she often felt comfort in being in her bare scales from time to time to remember her roots. That, and she loved the cool breeze over her scales.

“Ginger still thinks it’s silly.” She replied, wiggled her butt as she nibbled more cake, further causing the human to blush.

Some ore OC work, featuring my cute kobold, Ginger! Ginger’s home acts as a resting spot for weary travelers on their way to West Basilisk which is a half day’s journey from her home. It helps her make some coin, along with her ales of potions in the city.

Alexander was a paladin who found himself on the wrong end of a monster attack in the nearby forest of Atheleon and collapsed outside her home on his way to try and reach West Basilisk to get help. She patched him up and helped him recover to full health and as such, he swore to protect her and ger home as repayment for saving his life.

She thinks this is silly, but she loves him regardless and considers him a true friend, and he, her. Even if he protests about her desire to be nude in her own home.


I tried a little bit of a detailed background for this one, and I’m fairly happy with it, to be honest, hope you guys are too! Lemme know if you wanna see more of Ginger in the future, and maybe some work of her and Alexander together.
