Yoga is a great way to maintain one's health and well-being during pregnancy, so with that in mind, here's Ume demonstrating "The Mountain" pose; and by the looks of things, I'd say that she certainly conveys that "mountainous" energy about her quite well (especially where that pregnant belly of hers is concerned).

Though with that said, that booty of hers is nothing to scoff at either. X3
