Watari is something between the panther and a domestic cat, Alice met him in one of the worlds while traveling with Dennmyre and they become the friends. Now they all travel together, however, Watari is the youngest one and rarely go deep into the battles and other dangerous adventures. Now he is learning of magic and prefer to help at a distance. He is a kinda techie uwu And he is really good in things he does.

Pre-history:

Quite often Dennmyre was busy with politics and diplomacy because it was bad in this world, so Denn had to fix that. And not that Alice disliked politics, but... yes, she hated it xD It was a boring job of her partner and she couldn't help him during this period. She studied Earth' magic and meditated a lot. Something tormented her from the inside — she felt bored and lacked understanding and attention. She wanted to learn about the people, learn more about the world, but Dennmyre was very busy by the world's problem-solving.

In one of the meditations, she saw a vision: as if she was a dot in the middle of a cell, and around many similar dots and cells. They never intersect with each other, they always move in parallel, therefore they don't even know about the existence of each other. And these dots, too, feel like they missed something.
Then she seemed to stretch out her hand, breaking down the wall of one of the cells and pulled out a dot into her own cell. Two cells are merged. Everything around was somewhat livelier and better now.

She didn't understand what had happened, but she felt better after this vision.

In the end, she went to study this world from the inside.

It was not a very magical world, similar to the Middle Ages. Being invisible, she watched the inhabitants of the city.
Once she met a group of magicians working on a project - they created their own dimension, a mini-world. Watari was a member of team and helped the leader, being his right hand. Alice noticed that he also imperceptibly leads both him and others, it seemed amazing to her, it was pretty clever. He was clearly smarter than the others, but at the same time he hardly stood out and didn't brag about it. He deffinetely interested her.
Once Alice made a mistake in the spell and everyone saw her. She had to cheat and she says that she was a druid who teleported to them to help. By showing simple tricks, she convinced them of this and she became part of the project.

Sometimes Alice got into trouble - not the whole team accepted her, and she couldn’t shut them up with spells, to not show that fact, she is not a druid. It seems that Watari was also not indifferent, he listened attentively to her ideas, although he did not show his interest publically. Sometimes Alice and Watari talked to each other, but mostly about the project.

At the end, the project and the group were falling apart - the project was a fake, many were disappointed and left. Watari and Alice left too, but it wasn’t sad because they left together, becoming great friends.

They were suspiciously similar in many things, they were both interested in people and various clever things - mechanisms, biology, the world structures, communities, and their favorite question was “How does it work?”. After some time, they realized that they were connected and it was not an accident.

So, who are they to each other?

This question is hard, because they are literally the same - like Alice met herself in another body, another world with another history. They have their own individualities, but their being is the same. They are a part of a whole.

Dennmyre and Alice are different, so they are together! Dennmyre can't be replaced by any other persons, don't worry xD

Watari & Alice is a couple too?

Alice and Watari are the same, with the small differences (different strengths)... so they are together!
But I don't think that they are something bigger than like brother and sister. Their relationship has a limit because they cannot create something more than themselves, because for this they need something different from themselves.

Well, both love themselves, so they admire each other too when they do something amazing, in their style. They can do different romantic things, because even that they can do beautifully, and admire it.
