Charlie is my Furry oc, she's Frisks adoptive mother and owns a stuffed animal of him (in their story they get seperated and she gets a plush of him I believe.)

She's your average overprotective mother type with no joeys (joeies?) of her own. She finds Frisk having a seisure and takes him in as her own, not wanting to leave him out suffering.
She doesn't have a lover and doesn't really want one either. Shes happy with frisk.

She owns a cape/ blanket she wraps around herself to use for shelter from the sun and warmth when it gets cold.
She likes to carry Frisk (And plush frisk) in her pouch while traveling.
