Hand-like feet are always a plus! I like the subtle webbing on the one foot. I like the the back tattoos and his position.
I like your use of lighting, especially on his skin. I keep wondering where that earring will end up, though. And why does he have a tail? (I love tails but frogs usually don't have one.)
